Sleight Of Hand: It’s All About Deception

You know from past newsletter articles that I’m not convinced by any of what we’re being told by our so-called medical authorities.

And yes many of my FaceBook posts are terminated by robotic fact checkers that clearly don’t know any real facts at all.

    So much for free speech.

I have placed a recent ‘offending’ film clip lower down for you to see.

I’m not going to add lengthy paragraphs to a subject that’s already invaded our lives and replaced Brexit as a topic of conversation.

Whatever you want to believe is up to you but please take the time to question what you’re being told rather than just accepting it as fact.

Someone recently called me a conspiracy theorist.  To me that’s a badge of honour as I’ve always believed a conspiracy theorist to be someone who questions the statements of known liars.

My offending video was about a revelation from doctors in Italy. It seems that by doing what the WHO told them not to do, they discovered that COVID-19 is not even a virus.

The condition is instead brought about by bacteria that clots the blood and prevents life-giving oxygen from being properly distributed throughout the body.

The Italian doctors were originally told that when a patient dies from COVID-19 to cremate or bury the body immediately and without any autopsy.

Thanks to the Italian Ministry of Health we now know why.

They wanted to know more about what was going on and ordered autopsies.

What was found?  The blood had clotted in all the patients’ veins.

What happened next? Patients were given 100mg of Aspirin and an anti-coagulant medicine sent home.

This approach was so successful that 14,000 healthy, ‘COVID-19 free’ patients were sent home from hospitals on a single day.

Italy is now demanding that given the number of COVID-19 related deaths in Italy and around the world, Bill Gates and his cronies be held accountable for crimes against humanity.

Ventilators, ICU units and of course mandatory vaccines were and remain wholly unnecessary.

When the human race thrives on an exchange of bacteria, these mask and social distancing measures are clearly yet another case of “Follow The Money”.

Watch the short video below with an open mind.  (Click on the red coloured box below)

    Two things worth mentioning:

    • The robot voice should have said ‘anti-coagulants’ and not ‘anti-cougulants’.
    • I’m not entirely sure what “share that the whole world knows that we have been deceived and murdered by our elderly people”

And of course there are always those who take things too far.

The images below must be the result of over-zealous people misinterpreting the isolating rules……’

And of course the confusing return to work guidelines are best lampooned here by Matt Lucas

You just can’t make this stuff up!

  • Regenerate Yourself

    Regenerate Yourself

    There’s Immense Value Here

Some comedian recently wrote that New Year Resolutions are merely a “to do” list for the first week of January.

If you made any New Year’s Resolutions that you’re already struggling with, here’s a great chance to re-address one of the more important aspects of any lifestyle change.

If you (like me) didn’t make any resolutions, read on because what you’ll learn here will allow you to change lifestyle habits arbitrarily without having to wait for a fixed date like 1 January or the first day of next month or your coming birthday.

First let me dip into the works of eminent biologist Dr. Bruce Lipton and how you can orient yourself to an adjustment of consciousness.

Below is a truly inspiring 5:34 minute video clip that nearly four and a half million people have watched so far.

I urge you to make in one more view and watch it right to the very end.

Click here: Dr Bruce Lipton Shocked The World With His Discovery

Don’t skip it because there’s immense value for you.

Right now you have the chance to seriously think about your future without letting fear or the safety of habit influence your decision.

It’s a chance to gain what all human beings seek – progress.

All you need to do is participate in a genuine, exciting breakthrough for your life and your future.

A future where you will be fully in control and where you have the freedom you truly deserve.

No hype; no smoke or mirrors.….and no magic wand.

Let’s first acknowledge some harsh truths.

Not everyone who registers for this event will have their lives changed, but for the few who register AND listen, it’ll change their life in just the way they want.

Even if there was  chance that this would bring some fulfilment into your life, wouldn’t this be worth an investment of your time right now?

The worst thing that’ll happen is you’ll discover some really useful information that you can apply in your life.

What would that be worth to you?

I ask because that’s exactly what this event will give you if you take action now.

Register for the Regenerate Yourself Masterclass here (its free and you’ll learn tons!)

PS   I don’t make New Year Resolutions. I’ve never held any attraction for them but I do feel strongly about the power of self-improvement.  I’ve attributed all the good things I’ve managed to achieve to an inner drive to keep getting better.

For instance in the 1980’s, after reading the first two chapters of William Dufty’s “Sugar Blues” based on the damage sugar does to our bodies, I decided to give up taking sugar in my tea and coffee.  I started the same day.

  • Jumping For Health & Longevity

    Jumping For Health & Longevity

Something You Can Do Daily (and Quickly)

At school we used to do star jumps as part of our sports training but I recall few other exercises from those days that involved leaving the ground.

    I don’t think I’ve done a star jump for over 50 years.

Last week I received an email containing a gift.

The email came from Jim Humble, Founder of MMS (originally Miracle Mineral Supplement now changed to Master Mineral Solution).

The gift is for people of all ages and is something that Jim has been doing himself since he was in the US Marine Corps.

I now do this exercise myself, every day, because of the bone-strengthening benefits and because it takes up so little time.

    Yours to try

    Here it is……

LONGEVITY – A HEALTH PRACTICE TO HELP YOU LIVE LONG

    Hello,

I want to share with you a health practice that might very well save your life. I’d say that it has saved my life more than once. I hope you will consider it.

I am offering a mini course in how to do it (below) and it’s free—my New Year’s gift to you.

I’m 87 years old and have practiced this for many years, and I can say that I believe this practice could do the same for you that it has for me, that is, save your life, or save you from harm, sometime in the future.

    Let me explain:

When I was a young fellow, 17 years old, the USMC, (that’s the US Marine Corps) had an “early in” program where young guys could join the reserves and train on weekends and holidays.

So I joined and started training on weekends, and guess what? The Korean War broke out and all of us young guys were called to active duty. In no time I was off to boot camp and then to advanced training at Camp Pendleton, in California.

That is where I learned something that has since saved my life more than once, and it is something that most everyone seems to have forgotten.

I trained in a group where we learned to crawl through the jungle and grass and trees silently. We learned how to shoot the M1 rifle, M1 carbine (smaller rifle), machine guns, throwing grenades and dozens of other things.

But the important thing I learned was about parachuting. You see, back then paratroopers used the old type of parachutes. They came down fast, and depended on drag to slow a descent not like many present day parachutes.

If a person was not strong enough, he could break a leg when he hit the ground or any number of other bones. The Marine Corps and the Army could not afford to have troupes in battle with broken bones.

So the Marines and soldiers who were paratroopers practiced jumping every day. They jumped lower heights at first and then higher and higher until they were jumping from the top of a six foot platform.

Once in a while someone broke a leg because their bones simply didn’t take it.

Well I watched the paratroopers train, and although I wasn’t in that group, I kept in mind that people could actually jump from about six feet and not get hurt. When I left the Marine Corps I began my own training so far as jumping was concerned. I never jumped six feet but I did jump from a height of 20 inches four times every day.

That’s all, just four jumps a day for 70 years.

This doesn’t take much time, just a couple of minutes.

(Important: Please do not try jumping from a 20 inch height without reading and following the instructions given below.)

In addition to jumping, which provided a measure of strength training for me, especially for my bones, I often walked in the mountains and in the desert. Because I wasn’t worried about falling, I often fell short distances like down a small cliff or down some steps or a couple of falls on my motorcycle.

In seventy years I averaged a significant fall at least once every two years. Then one time I fell off of a roof 12 foot high straight down and landed directly on my head. That one got me and sad to say it broke my neck, but it healed up without a problem.

Then when I was 80 years old I fell from the very top of a six foot ladder landing on my shoulder on a hard cement surface and that was a bad fall. But as a result, I had a pain in my shoulder for only three days and that was the extent of it—nothing was broken.

I attribute living through all these falls to the fact that I jump from a 20 inch height four times every day, landing on cement or a hard surface and that keeps my bones and my joints strong. My health is good.

The point in all of this is, your body needs the daily jump to keep your bones in good condition. This daily jolt is something that few, if any, present exercise programs promote. The small trampolines are very good for what they do and they provide good exercise and do help the bones to some extent, and they especially help the cells of your body, but they offer no hard jolt for the body.

The human body needs a certain amount of jolt on a hard surface like concrete to strengthen the bones and joints. The Marine Corps proved this to me. The bones and joints are strengthened and become up to ten times stronger than when no jumping is used.

Important: Now that you know about the four jumps a day at 20 inches, absolutely do not go out and begin jumping from a 20 inch height. Work up to the 20 inch jumps over six months to one year.

There is no rush, unless you are training for combat. Your body will adjust to what you are doing, but give it time. The older you are the more time you should take working up to the 20 inch jumps.

Take my word for it, 20 inch jumps may be scary in the beginning. You have to work up to this height—and for some, maybe this is too high and you can stay at a bit lower height. Listen to your body.

Again, I am 87 years old and I do the 20 inch jumps every day, but I have been doing the jumps for years. If you are my age you should take at least a year to slowly work up to 20 inch jumps at four jumps a day.

Taking longer than a year would be good especially if you are in poor health or overweight.

To work up to it a little faster you could do 10 jumps a day, but I would not suggest any more than 10 jumps a day even for young guys or young women.

HOW TO GET STARTED ON A JUMPING PROGRAM

    1. If you are not in good shape begin jumping from a 1 inch height. This is a little jump but you need to start low if you are overweight and/or if you have a debilitating health condition. You can step down 1 inch easily, but that is not what you want. You want to jump with both feet and land flat footed. Jump down 1 inch four times a day.

Do these four jumps in succession, in other words, one right after the other. This shouldn’t take more than a minute, but if you need a little rest between jumps, do not allow more than 1 minute between each jump. To jump just 1 inch you might have to rig something up to make this height, for example, find a board that is 1 inch thick to jump off of—be creative. If you are a bit athletic already and not overweight, you might be able to start right in with the next step. It goes without saying, for all of these exercises one should always wear the proper footwear with the proper support when jumping.

    2. Then after two weeks to a month, go to 2 inch jumps the same way, four times a day and one minute between each jump. Then 3 inch jumps and then to the 4 inch jumps with at least two weeks between each new progression to the next jumping level.

So you are going to take at least two weeks between each increase in the inches you are jumping, but you can take longer if you feel you need to. Listen to your body; go at your own pace. You can decide how you feel and whether or not you should increase your jumping height—or stay lower for a time longer.

The goal is to gradually increase until you reach 8 inch jumps as mentioned below, but again, do this at your own pace and according to what you feel your body can take.

    3. After you have built up your stamina a bit for jumping, as suggested above. Try jumping from an 8 inch height. I suggest jumping from the first step on most standard stairs. Stairs are various heights, but roughly about 8 inches, the goal here is to jump from an approximate 8 inch height.

I suggest using the bottom step on some stairs, as stairs are relatively common. But the idea is to find this height, look around and see what is available to you. Be sure to look for something that is safe to jump from, something sturdy and secure. If you are just starting out or even as a routine you might want to look for something with a railing you can hold on to, or be prepared to grab on to, if needed.

Think safety while doing this. Don’t be in a rush. In fact, if jumping off of the single step tends to make you feel unsure or even scares you, definitely do it where you can hold on to a railing or wall. Don’t take chances, however remember, this particular exercise can be your most important exercise.

So move on to an 8 inch jump, whether it’s the bottom step of stairs or something else, and only move on to this height if you are in the right shape to do so, if you have worked up to it properly and so on. Jump from this height four times a day in succession, but with no more than one minute between each jump. Keep it up at this height for at least a month. Note, that the duration time that you stick to each height for jumping can only be determined by you. Follow what your body is indicating is right for you.

    4. Next, when you feel ready, increase the height of your jump to 12 inches. Again, look around you and see what is available that is about this height—about a 4 inch increase from the last height.

It could be a high step, or high curb of some sort, see what is around you, but again, make sure it’ safe to jump from, or has an alternative to hold on to something while jumping if needed. Continue at this height—about 12 inches, or one foot, for another month.

Do not attempt this step if you are a great deal overweight, or have a health condition that deems you not fit enough to jump from this height. Keep doing step two above, staying at a lower height, until your weight adjusts closer to the correct weight for your height, or until you have recovered from your health condition and are strong enough to do this type of a jump.

    5. Next, try jumping from a 16 inch height for a month. This could be jumping from the second step on a stairway, if it’s safe, or some other thing you have around your home or in the yard that is about this height.

Remember, at least four jumps a day in succession, and if you have to pause in-between jumps, keep it to less than one minute between each jump. After a month or so at this height, proceed to the next step.

    6. The next height is 20 inches—find something sturdy to jump from that is this height. It could be something in your yard, or around the neighborhood, such as a particularly high curb of some sort, or a very sturdy bench that is fixed in place. Some have jumped from chairs, but this can be a bit risky if the chair is not very sturdy and in a position where it cannot tip over, or move around. Look around and see what suits you, but be sure it’s secure and safe to jump from.

Stick to this height for the rest of your life. This may sound easy, but when you get to this height you may feel a bit unsure. The jumps may even scare you long before you get to 20 inch jumps. This is why I encourage you to please take precautions, find safe and sturdy things to jump from, have an option to grab on to a railing or something if needed,

    Important Points:

Always be sure to wear proper footwear with the proper support if you are jumping.

Having said all of this, remember, the steps above are guidelines. Some people may feel they cannot ever make it to jump from a height of 20 inches, or there may be a reason they cannot attain this height—they have some impairment, etc.

The point is find what works for you. At the same time, try to attain what you really need in order to build your stamina and strengthen your bones. Don’t be too soft on yourself. Get the right balance—find what your body needs.

If you have not experienced any jolts like you get in jumping for a few years, (especially the older you are) I suggest that for a week or two you simply jump up and down lightly while standing in place. You might even start by keeping the ball of your foot on the ground and lifting your heels up and down a few times.

The latter is not exactly a jump, but it is a start. Give your body a little time to start adjusting to a jolt. You don’t have to spend hours or even minutes at it. Thirty to sixty seconds a day should do it. Then, after a couple of weeks, begin the small jumps of 1 inch and work up your jumping height as explained above.

When you come down in the jump, come down flat footed. Do not come down on your toes, as that takes most of the shock out of the jump. After just stepping off of a curb or a step and landing on two feet instead of one foot, begin jumping off of the step. Don’t make it a big deal just a tiny jump at first. Then a little bigger jump. Again, landing flat footed.

Always adjust your jumping accordingly. Find something safe to jump from. Two steps may be the same height as a chair, thus no need to graduate to the chair or bench. The idea is to start low and gradually build up to a comfortable height, when you feel you are ready for it—stay safe.

In the guidelines above I suggest trying to work up to jumping from a 20 inch height. This is however, flexible, do what you are led to do. Do not be too soft on yourself, neither push yourself too hard. It’s a matter of balance! Do not take chances, build up slowly and find what feels right for you.

Only attempt jumping the higher heights when you have trained for six months or even longer, or you are completely comfortable with it.

Do the jumps four times a day. Your body will adjust to it. It will strengthen you in areas that just walking or jumping on a mini trampoline will not do. This is not to say don’t use the mini trampoline, thousands get great benefit from it—the jumping technique I have described above is for a different purpose.

Don’t underestimate the importance of jumping. Over the years I have noticed people who experience jolts and I always observe them as much tougher than those who avoid physical jolts to their bodies. Not big jolts, but after training six months, at least the jolt of jumping off a couple of steps or a sturdy bench or curb or chair.

I have watched for years. People avoid jolts like the plague. I see that even very small jolts are painful for many people, but they should not be painful. If you will work up to it slowly it will not be painful and you will be much stronger for it.

Just don’t overdo it–work up to it. Take six months or a year to get to jumping 12, 16 or 20 inches or what you determine your body can take.

With these jumping suggestions, I am not guaranteeing you anything. It is my personal belief it has a good chance of helping you, as it has been my personal experience that jumping has helped to strengthen my bones.

Though I have suggested these heights and I believe overall they are good for most people, the suggestions above and the heights to reach for are a personal matter, and bio-individual.

Some may feel more comfortable at different heights. So go at your own pace and determine the height you feel comfortable with—but do work at it to reach the right height to do your body some good.

To do these jumps is a personal decision and something you do at your own risk. You are responsible to go about this in a safe manner, and you must feel comfortable that the jump is okay for you. I do it and others have done it.

I found it okay for me and others have too. Once more–take your time and go slow and work up to a steady pace and comfortable height. If you so desire and feel the need, or have a specific health condition, please do check with a doctor before you begin.

In closing, if you are highly unhealthy or sick for any reason realize that MMS overcomes most diseases and health problems. More than a million people have been helped in over 150 countries of the world.

My latest book, the “MMS Health Recovery Guidebook” tells how to use MMS to regain your health from the diseases of mankind using MMS.

  • Measuring Your Vascular Age

    Measuring Your Vascular Age

Nearly 20 years ago one of my closest friends disembarked at Gatwick Airport after a long flight.

As he approached Immigration and Customs his chest tightened and he collapsed.

Although he was rushed immediately to the nearby Gatwick Hospital, he died of a ‘sudden vascular event’, a condition that affects the body’s circulatory system.

Vascular comes from the Latin word meaning ‘hollow’.

‘Sudden vascular events’ cover problems with arteries and veins and the vessels that carry lymph, to any disorder that affects blood flows.

Any such disease can lead to tissues not receiving enough blood (ischemia), as well as other serious, often life-threatening, problems.

A cruel irony, my friend was fit and active rather than the overweight, couch potato you might think more likely to suffer from such conditions (with apologies to all my overweight couch potato friends!)

I’d add that a 13 hour flight from Hong Kong may have triggered any existing condition.

    What’s Your Vascular Age

If your vascular age is greater than your chronological age, you may be at more risk of developing cardiovascular disease later in life.

For example, if your real age is 45 and your vascular age is 55, this means that your blood vessels are more like those of a 55 year old.

    breathe.jpeg

    Breathe In, Breathe Out

One of life’s realities is that every system and every organ in your body needs life-giving oxygen to survive.

Without oxygen, your cells malfunction and die; severe symptoms and organ failure is not something you want to go through.

    It’s that simple.

Breathe in, and oxygen travels to your organs via your lungs where it’s filtered before being distributed to your red blood cells through haemoglobin proteins.

It’s these very proteins that dispense oxygen to the rest of the body.

Pulse Oximetry or ‘Oxygen Saturation’ measures the percentage of oxygen in these haemoglobin proteins and tells you how much oxygen is getting through to your organs.

Normal oxygen saturation levels are between 95 and 100 percent; any reading below 90 percent would be considered a clinical emergency.

The benefit of knowing all this includes:

    • monitoring your oxygen levels regularly

    • alerting you to perilously low oxygen levels (particularly in newborns)

    • allowing peace of mind to those with respiratory or cardiovascular conditions

    How Pulse Oximetry Works

Pulse oximeters are clip-on devices that use an equation to measure oxygen saturation from a finger, a wrist, a foot or any other area where the device can read blood flow by shining a light through a relatively transparent area of the skin.

The light shines through to a detector positioned on the other side of the skin.

For example, when a pulse oximeter is clipped onto a finger, one side of the clip shines the light while the other detects it.

The amount of light absorbed by the blood indicates the level of oxygen saturation.

Oxygen levels can drop for many reasons, including:

    • choking or suffocating

    • heart conditions

    • near drowning

    • allergic reactions

    • pneumonia-like conditions

    • lung infections (lung cancer) and emphysema

    • inhaling or ingesting poisonous chemicals

    • general anaesthesia

    • sleep apnea

    Benefits

Where a doctor might use pulse oximetry as part of a stress test, a sleep specialist would likely recommend a pulse oximeter to monitor the nocturnal oxygen saturation level of a patient with suspected sleep apnea or severe snoring.

Some hospitals also use pulse oximeters for particularly vulnerable patients. For instance, infants in neonatal intensive care units may have pulse oximeters attached to alert staff of a drop in oxygen levels.

    What you can expect

Pulse oximetry devices are noninvasive and carry no serious risks. Some people may however experience minor irritation such as skin sensitivity.

I am of course obliged to write that people who use pulse oximeters to monitor oxygen saturation should not rely on the oximeter as a substitute for subjective experience.

People experiencing difficulty breathing, shortness of breath, dizziness, or other signs of possible oxygen deprivation should seek medical attention.

It’s likely your local chemist will stock a limited range of models, or you can look online.

I can’t recommend any brand other that the one I bought and use which appears to have a timely discount for the shopping phenomenon of Black Friday (today!).

A ‘sudden vascular event’ is definitely not something you want in your life.

  • What If We Looked At Things Differently?

What If We Looked At Things Differently?

There are an increasing number of video events these days that focus on individual health conditions – dental, vision, liver, cancer and so on.

What I love about them is:

    • they’re free to listen to

    • you’ll discover stuff about important parts of your body you didn’t already know

    • your doctor will (hopefully) be surprised with your new knowledge

The last thing you need is a self-important doctor (or dentist) who questions the fact that you’re doing your best to educate yourself about your own health using the internet.

    They feel challenged.

One enlightened doctor I spoke with admitted to being encouraged when a patient came in with suggestions as to what his or her condition might be.

After all the patient is the best person to feel what’s going on inside and whether correct or not it showed the patient was taking an active interest in his/her health.

The Royal College of GPs recently suggested that people should have a “three- before-GP” mantra to help solve a health problem before booking an appointment:

    1.  see if they can sort it themselves

    2.  see a pharmacist

    3.  use a reputable online source of information

Doctors are trained to deal with critical care rather than chronic care.  Chronic care belongs firmly in the hands of holistic practitioners.

Rather than causing pain or injury to the body it is imperative that the body be allowed  to heal.

Most people don’t understand this and book appointments with their doctors for the slightest of reasons, especially when it comes to their children.

Healing isn’t always fun, but it works when you allow it.

That’s not an unreasonable question to ask given Cardiologist Dr Jack Wolfson’s opinion:  “…medical doctors were not preventing disease but only attempting to treat symptoms.”

When you support your mitochondria, you could influence such conditions as:

    • Alzheimer’s disease

    • Anxiety, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder

    • Cancer

    • Cardiovascular disease/atherosclerosis

    • Chronic fatigue and immune dysfunction syndrome (CFIDS)

    • Diabetes

    • Exercise intolerance and fatigue

    • Fibromyalgia and myofascial pain

    • Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

    • Parkinson’s and Huntington’s disease

    • Sarcopenia (loss of muscle)

    • Senescence (aging)

    Register here: Mitochondrial Summit (9 – 15 December 2019)

Despite its fairly unexciting name, this promises to be a significant event and is a good reason for you to register and participate if you want to grow old without the associated potions and pills.

You see in the United States, the average lifespan is 79 years.

Within that lifespan however, the actual health span (those years of life in which you are not constrained with medications, pain, suffering and regular doctor’s visits) is 63 years.

If you find yourself in this unfortunate category, ONE FIFTH of your life is spent managing declining health.

A worldwide survey carried out by National Geographic revealed that 69 people out of every 100,000 passed the age of 100…..yet in the United States, that number is a mere 3 per 100,000.

While much of the world’s population can look forward to living longer, it seems that white people in the USA that don’t have a college degree are living shorter lives.

    Why might that be?

An epidemic of drug abuse (including prescription drugs) and alcoholism.

The Mayo Clinic reports that a whopping 7 in 10 Americans take pharmaceutical drugs.

And 20 percent of these people take 5 or more prescription drugs every day, mainly for pain, high blood pressure, thyroid conditions, diabetes, depression, and high cholesterol.

For some reason they have a trust in their doctor that’s more like the Pied Piper of Hamelin, except their doctor is more likely to be contributing to the epidemic rather than saving people from it.

And their patients become part of that 3 per 100,000 statistic.

For starters tens of thousands of Americans die each year from opioid overdoses; in Australia opioids accounted for 3 deaths per day in 2018.

What if we looked at things differently?

In June 2019 it was revealed that over 25 percent of US survey respondents said  they never eat vegetables.

And of those who do eat vegetables, only one-third of their meals include a vegetable as part of it……and that vegetable is corn.

Given that 92% of corn grown in the USA is genetically modified, the answer to the question “What should I do next?” is pretty clear.

If you thought the number of deaths from tobacco and high blood pressure was high, poor diet kills far more people than these two.

If you want to learn what you should be doing, register for the event.

For those of you who aren’t paying serious attention to what you eat and drink, the journey from poor nutrition to that early grave can be a slow process, punctuated by heart attacks, aneurysms and strokes.

Don’t ask your doctor for advice on nutrition.   Unless they opt for an elective course in the subject, they have no training on the subject during their medical training. It’s not their area of expertise.

  • Rich or Poor.  What’s Your Blueprint?

Rich or Poor.  What’s Your Blueprint?

    Be honest with yourselves.

If you struggle to come to terms with making the money you need to look after your family the way you would like to, read on as this will give you a fresh and motivating perspective.

You realise you’ve got to put the effort in or do something differently if you want to achieve this….but there’s always something that holds you back.

It’s The Concept Of Friction….but that’s another story altogether.

What can you do to break out of this?  Well, first you need to understand why you’re struggling in the first place.

The reason it has caused you so much hassle is because you have no idea what it is that’s blocking your success.

How could you possibly?  You can’t see yourself as others see you.

What can you do about it?  Well it’s easier than you think.

    Let’s go back a few years……

At a seminar in Los Angeles in the summer of 2005, author and motivational speaker T. Harv Eker gave his audience an important message about their relationship with money.

    His words stuck with me.

If your subconscious financial blueprint is not set for success, nothing you learn, nothing you know, and nothing you do will make much of a difference. T. Harv Eker

By ‘blueprint’, he was referring to the framework or pattern we develop within us about money during our childhood.

Eker also asked the audience “How many of you came here to learn?”

OK that was a trick question because, as author Josh Billings wrote, “It’s not what we don’t know that prevents us from succeeding; it’s what we know that just ain’t so that is our greatest obstacle.”

The ‘blueprint’ is not a new concept but one that bears repeating until we ‘get it’.

In an oblique way, Greek philosopher Socrates hit the nail on the head when he said: “The only true wisdom is knowing that you know nothing”.

Martial artist Bruce Lee told us that in order to work without effort; to act without doing, martial arts was not about learning; it is about forgetting.

Students never become good by learning.

They decrease their knowledge so that they can reach a level of pure simplicity, the “bare minimum”.

How do we go about achieving a state of ‘unlearning’.

Turns out it’s back to childhood where many of our dominant beliefs are formed, especially the ones that don’t serve us.

These are what we need to ‘unlearn’.

I set about looking for anything I could find in my early years that might reveal a clue, any clue.

I was always in pain from clusters of mouth ulcers. Whatever the underlying cause of those must have had some impact on me.

In addition to that my father, grandfather and grandmother had been prisoners of war in Hong Kong for 3 1/2 years.

The survival rate of prisoners of the Japanese was considerably less than that of prisoners of Germany or Italy in Europe, but thankfully my father and grandparents all made it through to the end of the war.

Again there must have been some form of residual lingering from the daily trauma of near starvation, constant sickness and just not knowing what was coming next.

Then I thought about the phrases many of us hear as children, like: ‘filthy rich’, ‘save your money for a rainy day’, ‘money doesn’t grow on trees’, ‘ you have to work hard to make money’, ‘money doesn’t buy happiness’, ‘not everyone can be rich’, ‘there’s never enough’, ‘we can’t afford it’ and the often misquoted ‘money is the root of all evil’ (which should read ‘the love of money is the root of all evil).

The question to ask yourself is: “Where am I struggling in my life?”

    Your answer should reveal much.

It became clear to me that wherever people are struggling, it’s always something in their subconscious that isn’t supporting the direction they think they’re heading in.

When there’s a conscious desire to solve a problem and achieve your dreams, the unconscious steps in and applies the brakes.

Right now is a good time to remove and replace these programmes.

Don’t wait another week, month, year or decade for the right time to go after your dreams, because time flies by at a pace that seems to get quicker with every year.

Before you know it there will be another New Year’s Eve or you’ll have another birthday and you’ll make new promises.

And then another year will pass by… and another… and you’ll still be searching for solutions.

Someone asked me recently to define wealth outside the dictionary definition.

My reply was that real wealth is what you do with the time you have between today and the end of your life.

So if you get that feeling of “there’s got to be more to life than this”, it’s time you too had a fresh perspective on life.

How many of your remaining days will you spend being truly happy and fulfilled

How Much Of What You’re Telling Yourself Is True?

There’s a question that deserves some thought!  And it isn’t difficult to come up with an answer.

Here’s my recommendation, and one I know to have worked for many who didn’t want to wait any longer.

To learn what’s stopping your advancement, blocking your subconscious mind from releasing freedom, you need to speak with someone.

It’s that simple.  You’re never going to get there on your own!

I’ve been told by several people already how their life has changed, but not in just simple ways here and there, but in profound ways.

It’s called a MetaWalk – the process of taking a metaphorical walk through your unconscious mind for the purpose of creating significant and lasting change.

Each of the shifts and alterations you experience during a MetaWalk has been prescribed by your own unconscious mind, a mind that already knows what it needs and is incapable of lying

That is the power of the MetaWalk.

It uses the client’s own metaphors to create the changes. That’s why they work so well.

Even if you’re not sure exactly what you want, your unconscious knows, so give it everything you’ve got because there cannot be a quicker, easier and better way of transforming your life than this.

    …a deeper understanding

Now let’s switch gears for a second and I’ll explain why this is relevant to anyone who wants to succeed at whatever they do in life.

After all as Humans we love to figure things out; we don’t like to be confused.

Nor do we want to function at a fraction of our true potential.  It’s like running the bath with the plug out.

Carrying on the same way we have done in the past is like choosing between dysentery and diarrhoea.

We spend many years believing what is not so – now’s the time to restore your confidence, to ‘unpretzel’ your brain.

If you give oxygen to the idea, you’ll no longer spend valuable time slowly dying inside.

    Faith, Hope & Clarity

    Faith, Hope & Clarity

Last year I updated our ebook “Blotting Brushes: Weapons of Plaque Destruction”.

Its purpose is to help you achieve a problem-free mouth.

Remembering that some 80% of poor health conditions in your body start on the mouth, it’s worth reading.

You don’t have to experiment with every recipe or recommendation but don’t be afraid to try any of them.

Just because you’ve never heard of activated charcoal or because turmeric will probably mess up your basin, that’s a poor reason to leave it out.

I’ve used them all many times over (and been told to clean up afterwards).  They’re all simple to use and individually awesome.

One problem with ebooks is that few people read them through.  I’m guilty of that too.

Had I written an exhaustive document extolling the virtues of every botanical and remedy I wouldn’t be doing readers a favour.

Already there is more than sufficient information to build and maintain a vastly improved sense of dental health; so much so that when you use these suggestions you’ll not only have much healthier teeth and gums but you’ll only need to visit the dentist or hygienist for emergencies or occasional cleanings and inspections.

Most importantly the information here will help you to transcend any self-doubts you may have.

In caring for your teeth I invite you to take full responsibility.

The alternative is really not worth thinking about.

And I definitely recommend you watch the Functional Oral Health Summit video on page 10 as it has already changed the way many people think about keeping their mouth in better condition.

  • What Has Returned To Haunt Us? (But Never Really Left)

What Has Returned To Haunt Us? (But Never Really Left)

You may have read that cases of leprosy are spreading amongst the homeless in Los Angeles.

Like many ‘crowd’ diseases, all it takes is a lack of proper sanitation and a cramped population to kick it off.

Thanks to Hollywood films, leprosy ranks high on the league tables of the most feared diseases.

Although the World Health Organisation officially deemed leprosy ‘eliminated’ as a public health problem in 2000, this delusional disease ranking was assigned largely because the number of cases dropped significantly and the condition is now deemed to be fully curable.

    It’s cure?  A vaccine.

Now those of us who’ve read beyond the government supplied vaccine propaganda will know that vaccines aren’t cracked up to be what is claimed.

The safety of vaccines is a subjective science.  The mathematics of using flawed and grossly under-reported adverse drug reaction data is, in the words of medical journalist A.A. Jillani “statistical wizardry”.

Jillani continues “When a virus is injected into your bloodstream, it’s already bypassed several of your body’s natural defense systems.

If you were to come into contact with a bacteria in a natural setting, it is first introduced into the body through the throat and nasal passages, but with a vaccine it’s injected directly into the system.

Basically you’re chronically sick all your life. You may not feel bad, but your body will always see that virus in your bloodstream.

If you got the measles naturally, it would only be in the bloodstream for the length of the illness, but once you’re injected with it, the body will detect that germ for the rest of your life.”

    Back to leprosy.

While the condition has been ‘curable’ since the 1940s, hundreds of quarantine sites (the politically correct name for leper colonies) still exist in India.

Not just one or two, but several hundred of them!

Today, the World Health Organisation suggests that there are upward of 180,000 new cases annually, most of them in Africa, Asia and South America.

Caused by Mycobacterium leprae, sufferers first experience an attack on their nerves.

Secondary effects make the skin appear to shed off, followed by a loss of feelings in the hands and feet.

This ultimately becomes a permanent disability.

In December last year Phylipa and I visited the former leper colony at Culion in the Palawan Islands (Philippines), spending the night in the Maya Hotel.

The hotel was originally built as a dormitory for the daughters of lepers; to eliminate the risk of contagion, the babies were taken from their mothers immediately after birth.

    At the time I wrote:

“Culion is an island with a unique history.  In the early 1800’s the town became a Spanish settlement and quickly developed into a leper colony.

Not only that, but the largest leper research unit in the world.

We were told this by Pastor Hermie who showed us around.  Both of his grandmothers were lepers on the island and he grew up there.

Thankfully with the condition now eradicated Phylipa and I toured the hospital and very well kept museum before meeting with several former lepers, many still bearing their scars.

They chose to remain in Culion and form a community on the island which today flourishes.

Honoured to be invited into their homes we played a few games of dominoes….and lost!

Oh and the condition was brought about by respiratory infection rather than physical touch as Hollywood would have us believe.”

On a seemingly unrelated but sinister note, last week a virus lab in Siberia exploded (they claimed it was exploding gas cylinders).

The lab housed live versions of smallpox, ebola, anthrax and the plague.

And coincidentally it happened to be a Russian biological weapons research lab.

Now I ask myself why would a biological weapons research lab in any country want to house live anthrax and smallpox?

    Hmmmmm.

The force of the explosion would have blown the live viruses well away from where they were stored, but whether the damage has been contained or not is another matter altogether.

With Big Pharma pushing it’s vaccines and medicines on the public with complicit government support, we have to question why any organisation would want to store deadly viruses.

It’s claimed that when a new virus appears, the stored viruses provide a basis upon which an anti-viral can quickly be created.

Yet there are no guarantees that a lab or its security won’t be compromised.

It’s the plot of a James Bond movie.

That’s not all. The same homeless community evidencing leprosy in Los Angeles is now the subject of public scrutiny as instances of the plague and typhoid have now been reported in the area.

We’ll have to wait and see what comes of it…..if we’re ever told the truth.

  • Live Longer: Feel Better

    Live Longer: Feel Better

    ket.jpeg

I’ve been asked several questions about healthy eating and weight loss recently.

And the questions were good ones.

Aspects were raised that we all have to consider.

Believe it or not, the answers are pretty simple.

But I want to get you thinking at a deeper level before I give them to you.

Let’s start with a well-known quote from boxing legend Marvin Hagler: “It’s hard to get up and do your 5am run when you’ve been sleeping in silk pyjamas”.

In other words, once you’re doing OK, your motivation can drop away.

At first Marvin was focused on becoming a champion boxer for the money.

But once he had money, he noticed his motivation waned.

Then he got back in touch with something that lit a fire under him, being one of the best ever rather than just one of the best at that time. With this realisation his motivation skyrocketed.

This is the key. The key to everything you do.  The key is yours to use.

It’s the impact of that lost motivation that concerns me most.

If you’ve ever been there, on a scale of 1 to 10 how have you felt in the past when you bought something only to have your expectations dashed?

Every one of us has been there at some point.

So what is it that we ‘re looking for?

    Hope.

Hope that we can get to where we want to be in life.

Without hope we can feel listless and stuck.

Back to those questions readers asked.  I’m responding to them here because people need answers that matter to them.

Over the years I’ve watched the diet industry miss the target time and time again.  Sometimes it isn’t even a near miss!

It’s a multi-million dollar cash cow that succeeds by offering participants that initial hope (what they want), almost always followed by mediocre results then lost motivation.

But then hope is offered again in the form of the next product or idea and the cycle begins once more.

For this reason, when someone asks me what they should be eating or what the best way to lose weight is, I first ask them if they actually care about what they’re intending to achieve.  I mean really care.

Because I know, if they don’t, chances are they won’t see it through to the end because the lack of initial results or even having one slice of cake on your best friend’s birthday can wreck your incentive.

To be successful, you need to light a fire. That Marvin Hagler fire!

    The ‘Emperor’ of Organs

In Chinese Medicine, the principal organ of digestion is the spleen. Read that again – the principal organ of digestion is the spleen.

You read that right. In the West, the spleen hardly gets a mention.

    Anywhere.

I’ve even seen it referred to in Medical Dictionaries as ‘a redundant organ’.  As if….

The spleen doesn’t process food as the other organs of digestion do (digestive tract, pancreas, gall bladder etc); it’s strength determines how much nutrition we assimilate from a meal.

If you eat a healthy, organic meal and you have a weak (or “damp”) spleen and you won’t benefit much from it.

    Christmas Cook Books

You’ll be aware of diets coming into fashion, often followed by the next fad diet and the one after that. Cook books and DVD’s proliferate at Christmas.  Small, reasonably inexpensive and easy to wrap, they have become amongst the top sellers at the year end.

And the people who write or create successful diets become minor celebrities, guests on talk shows and quickly make small fortunes.

I have no problem with this but is the information conveyed in their books really that useful? I mean Cilla Black once brought out a popular cookbook based on the toxic ingredient candarel (aspartame).

An understanding of the diet/healthy eating should be straightforward:

    • there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach as everyone has differences

    • having written that there are beneficial foods and foods that have little or no value at all

    • if you don’t address the health of the spleen, you’re limiting any real chance of success

    Alliance For Natural Health

I have great respect for the Alliance For Natural Health.  They’re an international organisation dedicated to promoting natural and sustainable health and they are doing whatever they can to protect you from the unethical ravages of Big Pharma.

Scientific Director Robert Verkerk put together 2 short videos that summarise the underlying issues.

If this is a subject you need to pay more attention to it’ll be well worth spending less that 9 minutes watching them.

The Obesity Fix Part 1  (5:18)

The Obesity Fix Part 2  (3:35)

Having seen the videos I decided to try out the ketogenic diet for myself.  My approach was slightly ‘loose’ but if I am ever diagnosed with cancer for example, I would become more strict.

I began by choosing meats (occasionally), organic vegetables (from local markets) and good oils, at the same time cutting down and even eliminating sugar wherever possible.

Low salt was recommended but here I differ.  Our body needs salt to thrive and instead of low salt or supermarket salt (which is only sodium chloride and has no right to be labelled salt), I use the mineral-rich Celtic Sea Salts. I’ve used them regularly since 1997.

The results? I wouldn’t have said my skin condition was bad but I did notice an improvement and the occasional joint pain in my knees disappeared.  Those alone meant something to me.

I can’t write a longer list of feel-good improvements because I’ve looked after myself for years and thankfully feel well from it.

The good fats from meat, eggs, cheese and coconut oil is central to the ketone diet. Sugar or grains are minimised or eliminated altogether in order to produce ketones in your body.

This is important – one major benefit of the ketogenic diet is that the energy source is NOT sugar. By cutting out sugar you starve cancer cells, while at the same time, invigorating normal cells.

For this reason the diet works well for cancer (prevention and remedy).  Cancer cells cannot thrive without sugar providing their energy.

If you want to fight cancer, the first thing you do is STOP FEEDING IT.

Ketones are a compound that can provide the body with energy. They are produced when the body breaks down fats and protein.

What Foods Should Be On The Ketogenic Diet?

Most of it should be medium chain triglycerides, coconut oil in particular. The rest can be proteins – eggs, fish, organic cheese, organic butter, nuts (not peanuts) etc

    • Coconut Oil

    • Organic Cheese

    • Organic Butter

    • Organic Milk

    • Organic Yogurt

To start off properly I ordered myself a ketogenic cookbook which guided me through the initial do’s and dont’s of what I should be eating.

    Dr. Joseph Mercola M.D., writes:

“When you are burning fat for fuel you create a special type of water cycle fat called ketones. And ketosis easily permeate into the brain and all the side of their tissue. They don’t need a carrier go through. And the great thing about ketones is that they burn very efficiently, and they don’t create much reactive oxygen species, which can cause a secondary free radical, which is what causes the damage.”

If you want to know more before starting (and help build that vital fire), this will help you enormously.

If you’ve had trouble succeeding with a diet I’m willing to bet BOREDOM was a big factor.

I know how easy it is to start eating the same thing over and over… feel frustrated… and then give up.

This is not the case with the ketogenic diet because it limits nearly all processed foods.

But deep down you want the benefits that eating ketogenic food will give you – glowing skin, unlimited energy, muscle tone, better mood and more….

    …..without getting bored.

    Start right here.

    That’s my advice.

    Graeme Dinnen
