What’s Coming Next

I wrote an article in 2021 arguing that COVID was not quite the creature we were being told it was, and that face masks were perhaps the worst thing we could put on our faces.

Some readers thought otherwise. Quite a few unsubscribed. Such is life.

My purpose has never been to frighten people or peddle panic. It is simply to look at what is being presented as fact, kick the tyres, and tell it as I see it, even when what I see is inconvenient, unfashionable or likely to lose me a few readers.

My internet colleague Joel Lord is someone who writes things that people don’t want to read – or at least they ought to read but prefer to distance themselves from. What he wrote about recently is coming our way, and the ‘dark side’ of AI has been working 24/7 to create new and dangerous viruses to unleash upon us.

In his forthcoming book, the sequel to Keep Them From Harm, Joel covered this issue. I paraphrase his words….

The next pandemic may already have a script. We just don’t know who wrote it.

Somewhere between legitimate scientific possibility and fevered speculation lies the uncomfortable territory we prefer not to visit. Yet biotechnology is galloping ahaead at a speed that makes yesterday’s science fiction today’s laboratory project.

So what might come next?

Perhaps something stranger than the virus we have already endured: an airborne biological agent, difficult to detect and behaving in ways our immune system has never encountered. A hybrid organism. A manufactured pathogen. Or simply something nature has contrived without consulting us.

We don’t know. And that is precisely the point.

What we do know is that mRNA technology, artificial intelligence, genetic engineering and increasingly sophisticated delivery systems are advancing rapidly. To dismiss their potential would be as foolish as assuming every frightening prediction will come true.

It is within the reach of current technology to embed micro-chips which implant coding, designed to restructure the brain circuits.

This vaccine will operate similar to the mRNA Covid vaccine, but even more advanced. There will be AI components in the device, details which will be privy to Pfizer and Moderna CEOs. This is by far, the most disturbing aspect of what they are capable of.

Then comes the familiar choreography: emergency meetings, grave announcements, restrictions, frightened populations followed by the announcement that salvation has arrived in a syringe.

The danger is not necessarily the technology itself. It is what happens when extraordinary technology meets extraordinary circumstances, political pressure and a public too frightened to ask awkward questions.

The unvaccinated will largely be spared the brunt of casualties, notwithstanding the ripple effects from dual shedding. Their immune systems are equipped to adapt, when exposed to vaccine-derived variants, but the behavior of a virus-bacterium hybrid, fabricated in a lab, rendered airborne, is uncharted territory.

They will become the canary in the coal mine.

When the chaos ensues, it’ll be critical to avoid toxic hotspots, epicenters for transmission: clinics, hospitals, triage units, heavily populated centers, airplanes, buses, etc., the vaccine equivalent of Chernobyl.

Our immune system is the stop-gap, until we get a clearer picture of what we’re dealing with. The challenge for families will be to protect their children from harm, once again, while navigating the floodwaters of mandatory Government restrictions.

The lesson of the last pandemic should therefore be rather simple: question everything, including the people doing the questioning.

There will be no shortage of so-called ‘experts’ telling us what to believe (remember them?).

The challenge will be distinguishing evidence from assumption, precaution from panic, and genuine science from somebody’s very expensive guess.

Our immune system remains the first line of defence (stop eating junk food!)

Our ability to think for ourselves may be the second.

As a precaution, I suggest you load up on Ivermectin and Bicarbonate of Soda while they’re still available.

Bill Gates and his cohort of fellow travellers might get excited about a new ‘breakthrough’ drug, but we all know that a healthy diet and mental wellbeing is the safer way to go.

And you don’t need AI to tell you that
